Mr. Williams, PCP’s founder, is a private equity, merchant banking and investment banking professional with a focus in the healthcare, energy, and real estate industry sectors. Mr. Williams worked at Salomon Smith Barney, UBS Warburg and Thomas Weisel Partners and has transaction experience across many of the verticals within the healthcare/humanities industry, energy industry and real estate industry. Mr. Williams has participated in corporate finance deals and M&A transactions with an aggregate value in the billions of dollars. Prior to his career as an investment banker, he was part of the Goldman Sachs joint-venture with Baltimore Gas & Electric to form an energy trading, transaction, and hedging platform. Prior to his Wall Street career, Mr. Williams served for three years as a Lieutenant in the United States Army, earning both Airborne and Ranger qualifications, after graduating as a Distinguished Honor Graduate from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 1994 with a B.S.E. in Quantitative Economics and a concentration in System Engineering. Mr. Williams currently has his NASD Series 7 license as well as a New Jersey Real Estate Sales license. He has passed both the Level 1 and Level 2 exams of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. He has been voted by his classmates as the President of his alumni class. Mr. Williams resides in Chatham, NJ.
