Mr. Mahaffy joined PCP as a Partner in 2007.  His private investment firm, RHR Capital LLC, has diverse interests in ranch and farm land investment, commercial wind farm development, distressed real estate,  private equity, water related assets and hard money lending.  Prior to forming RHR Capital LLC in 2006, Mr. Mahaffy was Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank responsible for Equity Derivatives from 1992 and Salomon Brothers Inc from 1986.  Mr. Mahaffy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Mr. Mahaffy is a Board Member for the Institute for the Environment at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Board Member of the Greenwich Leadership Forum. Mr. Mahaffy resides in Greenwich, CT.
