Prior to joining Point Capital, Mr. Fleming co-founded Stadia Capital Management in December 2000. Mr. Fleming was a Portfolio Manager for Stadia, an investment partnership with over $1.1 billion in partner’s equity and 25 employees at its height. Stadia’s funds invested predominantly in equities and derivatives on a global basis. Mr. Fleming negotiated and closed a partnership with FrontPoint/Morgan Stanley in May of 2007 whereby he became a Managing Director of Morgan Stanley. Prior to founding Stadia, Mr. Fleming was Vice President for Investments with Red Coat Capital Management, L.L.C. with specific coverage responsibility for the financial services sector. From June 1997 to February 2000, Mr. Fleming was a Senior Analyst with Centurion Investment Corporation. At Centurion, Mr. Fleming had specific coverage responsibility for the financial services sector. Prior to joining Centurion, Mr. Fleming was a Senior Equity Research Analyst with Atalanta Sosnoff Capital Corporation from May 1995 to May 1997. Mr. Fleming had specific coverage responsibility for the financial services sector and also managed a $50 million high yield portfolio. From January 1989 to July 1993, Mr. Fleming was a fixed income analyst with Fidelity Management & Research Co. working in the Corporate Bond Group focusing on commercial banks and thrifts. Mr. Fleming has also worked as an equity analyst at Morgan Grenfell and as a summer associate with S&P's Ratings Group. Mr. Fleming graduated with a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in January 1989 and earned an M.B.A. in Finance and International Business from New York University in 1995. Mr. Fleming resides in Westport, CT.
