Mr. Glattstein joined as a west-coast based representative of the Firm in 2008. He has a twenty year business career and is a seasoned executive recognized for his skills at creating, developing and implementing strong Corporate Development, Business Development, Marketing and Operational Strategies and Corporate Financing activities. As a former CEO of two companies, Mr. Glattstein led the establishment and development of both companies; Virtual Resources (from 1994 to 1999) and Bowcutter Technologies (1999 to 2002), from start up to exit strategy. Mr. Glattstein was also responsible for over $50 million of capital raised and the development of over $200 million in revenue producing relationships. He created joint ventures and M&A transactions with companies such as BellSouth, IBM, Optus Communications, Worldcom, Bay Networks and Northern Telecom. Mr. Glattstein has acted as an advisor to entrepreneurs, private investors and institutional investors for the past seven years whose activities have resulted in numerous mergers, acquisitions and Initial Public Offerings. Mr. Glattstein resides in Orange County, CA.
